OUR STORY

Talley Ranch is comprised of 4078 acres of land located in Pilot Point Texas.  We were established when Ernie Talley and Mary Ann Talley purchased the plot of land in 1996. 

 

We have started a few projects since our founding that are aimed at helping to improve our community and the surrounding wildlife. We began with habitat improvement for deer and migratory birds in 2005, including (insert what we did).  We also work with the Delta Waterfowl Foundation to help raise money by providing hunts and (did we do anything else?).  In 2017 we established the Tree Planting and Relocation Program which (quick description).  Then we started a project called the Invasive Tree Control and Removal project, since it began in 2018 we have (quick descipt) and are now 75% complete. Alongside a passion for wildlife conservation and habitat improvement, farming, hunting, and fishing are just a few of the activities we do.
